In a matter of minutes, you can have this model up and running! It is highly compatible and works well with both Google Assistant and Alexa. The only real drawback that we found was the fact that the transmission distance is not as far as some other high-end units. This may make it difficult to move about with the tablet since you need to be within a certain range of the sensor. However, with the all the other capabilities that the WS-2000 has to offer, you should have everything you need to accurately monitor the weather plus more. The Ambient Weather station will not connect properly to the Android phone app. It says it connects, then three seconds later the screen goes away and there’s no more connection. Nobody at the company responds. I am going to buy another weather station from another company but only after extensive searching of reviews to make sure it isn’t a scam like Ambient.
